Pedro is from my first home bred litter of English Springer Spaniels (IRFTCH Portcaman Dixon x FTAW/OFTAW Syncerus Shanti of Ribblebrook) and we are very excited to see what the future holds for this talented young dog.

 

He is a very fast paced dog that does everything at 100mph, whether that be his hunting, retrieving or even eating his tea…and always has been since he was 8 weeks old. He has bags of style that match his speed and is a very intense hunting dog. He is a very good marking dog and retrieves very well as he is an honest dog that only wants to please, with an abundance of natural ability.

Pedro can get on well with any other dogs in the kennels and has a very kind temperament. He gained 4th place and Guns Choice in his first trial at Moray Firth Open ESS stake.

Now a FTW (Field Trial Winner) after taking 1st Place at SWSGA Novice A/V held at Barwhillanty Estate on 21/10/24 in sieves, rushes and gorse. Pedro has also picked up other awards in Opens since his win on all ground types.
